- Bank/Card Credit: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)
- UPI/Wallet: 2-7 business days
3. What is NOT Refundable
The following are NOT eligible for refunds:
- Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals (monthly/annual)
- Partial Months: Prorated refunds for partial subscription periods
- Downgrade Credits: No credit for downgrading to a lower plan
- Free Plan: No refund applicable (it's free)
- Enterprise Plans: Subject to custom contract terms
- After 30 Days: Requests made after the 30-day window
- Violation of Terms: Accounts terminated for Terms violations
4. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your zForms dashboard
- Go to Subscription & Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your subscription will NOT renew
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data is retained according to our data retention policy
- You can reactivate your subscription anytime
- No prorated refunds for the remaining period
5. Downgrades and Upgrades
Upgrading Your Plan
- Takes effect immediately
- Prorated charge for the remaining billing period
- New limits apply immediately
Downgrading Your Plan
- Takes effect at the end of current billing period
- No prorated credit for unused time
- Data may be limited based on new plan's retention policy
- Features may be restricted based on new plan
6. Payment Failures
If Your Payment Fails
If a renewal payment fails:
- You'll receive an email notification
- We'll retry payment automatically (up to 3 times)
- Your account will be marked as "Past Due"
- After 7 days, your account may be downgraded to Free plan
- Data will be retained for 30 days after downgrade
Updating Payment Method
Update your payment information at any time in your dashboard under Subscription & Billing.
7. Disputed Charges
If you see an unexpected charge:
- Contact Us First: Email billing@zforms.xyz before disputing with your bank
- We'll investigate and resolve within 3-5 business days
- If the charge is an error, we'll refund immediately
Note: Disputing a charge with your bank before contacting us may result in account suspension and additional fees.
8. Special Circumstances
Service Outages
If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 hours):
- We may offer prorated credits
- This is at our sole discretion
- SLA guarantees apply to Enterprise plans only
Account Termination
If we terminate your account for Terms violations, no refund will be issued.
9. Annual Subscriptions
Important Notes for Annual Plans:
- 30-day money-back guarantee applies
- After 30 days, no refunds for remaining months
- Cancellation retains access until year-end
- Annual discounts cannot be combined with other offers
10. Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plans have custom terms negotiated in your contract. Refund and cancellation policies may differ. Refer to your Enterprise Agreement or contact your account manager.
11. Data Export Before Cancellation
Before canceling, we recommend exporting your data:
- Go to Dashboard → Settings
- Click "Export Data"
- Download CSV or JSON format
- Data available for plans with export feature (Pro and above)
Important: Data may be permanently deleted 30 days after account closure.
12. Refund Abuse Policy
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect abuse, including:
- Multiple signups/refunds with different emails
- Excessive data extraction before refund request
- Fraudulent payment information
- Pattern of subscription/refund cycling
Accounts suspected of refund abuse may be permanently banned.
13. Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are issued in the original currency. If your bank converts currencies, exchange rate differences are your responsibility. We are not liable for currency conversion fees or rate changes.
