By accessing or using zForms ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

zForms provides privacy-first form analytics and optimization services. We offer:

  • Real-time form interaction tracking
  • AI-powered insights and recommendations
  • Field-level drop-off analysis
  • Form completion funnel visualization
  • Privacy-compliant analytics (no PII collection)

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Plans

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

  • Free Plan: Limited features with usage caps
  • Starter Plan: $9/month or $90/year
  • Pro Plan: $19/month or $190/year
  • Business Plan: $49/month or $490/year
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payment is processed through Razorpay
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided.

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Each plan has specific usage limits:

  • Event tracking quotas (monthly)
  • Project limits
  • Form limits
  • Data retention periods
  • AI insight generation frequency

Excessive usage beyond plan limits may result in service throttling or account suspension. We reserve the right to enforce fair use policies.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service

  • Track forms without proper user consent

We retain ownership of all software, algorithms, and AI models used to provide the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance (with notice)
  • Make emergency updates
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Suspend service for security reasons

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse the Service or our support team

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted according to our retention policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, zForms SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless zForms from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
